1. Agreement and Eligibility

By accessing or using Bambu services, you agree to these Terms and represent that you have authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you access the service.

2. Service Description

Bambu provides software for inventory management, POS workflows, customer debt tracking, supplier and purchasing operations, notifications, analytics, and related business processes. Features may evolve as part of ongoing improvement.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for safeguarding credentials, assigning access appropriately, and maintaining accurate account and business data. Unauthorized access or misuse must be reported immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Bambu to violate law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service integrity, or misuse platform resources.

5. Fees, Billing, and Subscription Terms

Paid plans are billed according to selected subscription terms. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement. Subscription changes apply per plan policy.

6. Data Ownership and License

Customers retain ownership of submitted content. Customers grant Bambu a limited license to host, process, and transmit data solely to provide and improve contracted services.

7. Intellectual Property

Bambu retains all rights in the platform, software, and derivative improvements, excluding customer-owned data and customer trademarks.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party confidential information using reasonable safeguards and to use such information only for authorized purposes.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Except as expressly provided, the service is offered "as is" and "as available." Bambu disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bambu liability for any claim arising from service use is limited to amounts paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate service as provided under plan terms. Upon termination, access may be removed and data handling will follow retention and deletion policy obligations.

12. Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by applicable law in the governing jurisdiction specified in customer agreement context. Bambu may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in advance where required.
